Project & construction management
We manage budgets, schedules and participating firms on the owner’s behalf. Project management (PM) covers the wider assignment from early planning through completion. Construction management (CM) focuses on the construction phase and coordination of site work.
Our role includes helping select designers and contractors, reviewing proposals, coordinating schedules and reporting progress so owners can make timely decisions. We can work with an established team and take part from the outset or join at a stage that needs additional coordination.
What we do
Teams & responsibilities
We review proposals from designers, contractors and specialist firms. Scope, deliverables and coordination responsibilities are clarified between the participants.
Budget & schedule
We compare proposal inclusions and exclusions and track cost changes. Design decisions, material lead times and construction activities are coordinated within the overall schedule.
Owner reporting & site coordination
We report progress and bring decisions to the owner with the relevant context. Changes, outstanding work and follow-up actions are tracked with the project team.
